Recruitment Executive (In-House / Logistics)

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our team and support our company's in-house recruitment activities.

The successful candidate will focus primarily on sourcing and recruiting Delivery Drivers, Warehouse Assistants and other operational positions required by the company.

This is an in-house recruitment role and does not involve sales or recruitment agency business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job postings across MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, Indeed, social media and other recruitment platforms.
• Source suitable candidates for Delivery Driver, Warehouse Assistant and other vacancies.
• Screen applications and conduct initial phone or WhatsApp screening.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial interviews where required.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate candidates' availability and proposed joining dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for operational positions.
• Work closely with HR and Operations to understand current manpower requirements.
• Hand over successful candidates to HR for employment documentation, Work Pass applications (where applicable) and contract signing.
• Assist with other recruitment-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Experience recruiting drivers, warehouse workers, logistics staff or other high-volume operational positions will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp and other socila media platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and follow up actively with candidates.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.
