Retail Supervisor| 5 days per week | East

Location: Paya Lebar, Bedok, Tampines, Pasir Ris
(must be ok to move around diff store to help if needed)

Salary: $2,600 - $3,000

5 days per week : 10:30am to 10pm
* no choosing on shift
* off day on weekdays
* one month 2 weekend off , 2 week 1 weekend off

Supervisor:

* Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the retail team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management

* Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

* Ensuring that store operations, inventory, and merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level

* Identifying and implementing strategies to improve store efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction

* Collaborating with the store management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase revenue

Requirement:

* Minimum GCE O level with 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role
