Job Summary

You will manage material takeoff, cost estimation, tender preparation, and contractual matters for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects, ensuring accurate project costing and compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed material takeoff and cost estimation for civil engineering, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects to support accurate budgeting and project planning
• Prepare and participate in tender submissions to secure project contracts
• Manage progress payment claims and handle contractual matters to ensure timely and compliant payments
• Apply knowledge of PSOR and PSSCOC standards in project documentation and execution
• Coordinate and prepare all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities to maintain clear communication and compliance
• Collaborate effectively as an independent contributor and team player to support project objectives
• Execute other ad hoc duties as assigned to support project and company needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D to assist in project design and documentation
• Experience working in a Main Contractor firm to understand project delivery processes

• Proficient use of MS Office for contract administration and documentation
• Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and maintain a positive work attitude
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement
