• Plan and optimize regional digital campaigns across countries and target markets.
• Promote digital marketing best practices and support local campaign execution.
• Ensure consistent customer journeys and engagement across channels.
• Key user for Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Serve as the regional lead and key user for Sprinklr.
• Drive and monitor regional social media strategy, governance, and performance.
• Support local teams to improve engagement, content quality, and channel effectiveness.
• Oversee APAC performance marketing and paid media initiatives.
• Develop and drive audience targeting, lead generation, measurement, and campaign optimization lead generation strategies.
• Identify new opportunities to increase digital reach, customer acquisition, and marketing effectiveness.
• Drive marketing efficiency through AI-powered tools and digital solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing to build digital and AI capabilities.
• Develop best practices and guidance for responsible AI use in marketing.
• Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance across channels.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports for regional stakeholders.
• Use data insights to drive continuous improvement and recommendations based on behavior, results, and market trends.
• Internal Communications & Regional Events
• Support regional internal communications, newsletters, engagement campaigns, and digital content distribution.
• Coordinate technical setup and digital experience for Townhalls, hybrid events, webinars, and virtual meetings.
• Partner with business units and local teams to amplify launches and strategic campaigns.
