Job Summary

Support administrative operations by managing purchasing, inventory control, and communication with suppliers to ensure smooth business processes.

Responsibilities

• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage purchasing data, track orders, and communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement
• Execute purchasing and forecasting activities to maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with business demand
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy to ensure stock availability for operational needs
• Operate PC software to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records efficiently
• Adapt quickly to new processes and systems to enhance administrative workflows
• Maintain reliability and attention to detail in all administrative duties to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to coordinate effectively with suppliers and factories in China
