Customer Service Officer (Airfrieght) - East (Up to $3000)

· Handle cargo bookings for both direct and interline flights, including reservations, amendments, cancellations and customer enquiries.

· Perform flight planning based on available payload, capacity and booking levels to optimize flight utilization.

· Monitor booking levels, no-shows, offloads and shipment recovery.

· Manage booking allocation andcargo prioritization based on available capacity and operational requirements.

· Provide customers with timelyupdates on booking status, flight changes, delays, offloads and operationaldisruptions.

· Coordinate and follow up oninterline connections and onward movement of shipments.

· Monitor shipment movements andfollow up on irregularities, delays, short-shipped cargo and other serviceissues.

· Arrange shipment recovery,rebooking and alternative flight options in the event of offloads,cancellations or disruptions.

· Coordinate closely with sales and operations on capacity requirements, booking priorities and customer requirements.

Timing : Mon-Friday 8.30-6.00 pm, Alternate Saturday 9.00-12.30 pm
