Project Manager

• Own project outcomes, ensuring programme, cost, quality and client objectives are achieved.
• Provide technical direction, resolving design, installation and site execution challenges.
• Translate project requirements into execution plans, covering manpower, sequencing, procurement, construction methodology, risk and resource allocation.
• Drive site performance by reviewing progress, identifying constraints early and implementing corrective actions to keep works on track.
• Direct external partners including specialist contractors, vendors and suppliers, ensuring deliverables, workmanship and safety expectations are maintained.
• Manage commercial exposure, including cost monitoring, procurement decisions, scope changes, variation assessments and subcontractor negotiations.
• Champion compliance and project standards, ensuring works align with statutory requirements, applicable industry practices, quality systems and client-specific procedures.
• As the interface with stakeholders, managing technical discussions, expectations, escalations and resolution of project-critical matters.
• Strengthen project team capability through coaching, delegation and structured knowledge transfer to engineers, supervisors and junior personnel.
• Improve delivery effectiveness by introducing better work methods, communication practices and operational controls that enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
