Job Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.

- Prepare job descriptions and conduct interviews to identify suitable talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand quarterly and annual hiring needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and develop a quality talent pipeline.

- Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a proactive mindset.

- Persistent, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
