Job Summary

The Brand Event Crew supports the successful execution of promotional events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. Team members represent the brand on-site, engage with attendees, and help deliver memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event spaces to ensure smooth event operations
• Represent the brand professionally at events to uphold brand image
• Engage with customers by providing clear product or brand information to enhance customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space throughout the event
• Follow brand guidelines consistently to ensure brand standards are met

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Exhibit a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor to create positive brand impressions
• Work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Show reliability and punctuality
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not required
