Shipping Assistant (Documentation/ Manufacturing/ East Region)

Responsibilities:

• Prepared shipment bookings and shipping documents.
• Coordinated packing and outbound shipment activities.
• Ensured timely delivery of materials to customers.
• Maintained shipping records and documentation.
• Liaised with internal and external parties on shipment matters.
• Tracked shipments and resolved delivery issues.
• Operated forklifts and shipping systems.
• Performed receiving, loading, and unloading activities.
• Managed workload to meet shipment deadlines.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
• Experience in air and sea freight import/export is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and SAP systems.
