Responsibilities:

• Maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts and prepare journal upload files for accounting system import.
• Manage sub-ledger integration for AR, AP, fixed assets and bank accounts; perform account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with the matching concept.
• Process and review Accounts Receivable (AR) postings and journals; provide backup AR support as required.
• Maintain monthly contract services listings and reconcile security deposit ledgers, including refunds and forfeitures.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) processing and review AP journals for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Marcom teams to resolve accounting queries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support finance-related tasks and projects assigned by the Senior Manager.
