Product Specialist (MNC) - VTAL

Our client is a MNC in medical supply chain solutions. Due to business expansion and ongoing finance transformation initiatives, they are currently seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join their team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities for Product Specialist:

• Promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products to hospitals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
• Build and strengthen professional networks with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Increase customer engagement and interactions to enhance long-term business relationships.
• Organize, coordinate, and follow through on company-assigned seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and product evaluation trials for customers.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support new product development and product improvements.
• Prepare detailed quarterly reports covering market intelligence, competitor activities, promotional initiatives, and evolving customer needs.
• Manage the product life cycle, including different product models and SKUs, to ensure effective product positioning and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science or Science
• Preferably at least 2 years' experience in medical equipment and consumables sales
