SUPERVISOR

A Supervisor is responsible for coaching employees, resolving operational issues, and serving as a link between staff and management. The role ensures that daily operations are carried out efficiently and effectively to support profitability and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a responsible, honest, and professional attitude.

• Arrange daily stock and place orders for required goods.

• Plan staff schedules and rest days to ensure sufficient manpower.

• Identify and implement solutions to manpower shortages.

• Set performance goals and deadlines in line with the company’s plans and objectives, and communicate them clearly to staff.

• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and responsibilities.

• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

• Handle customer and staff complaints and resolve issues effectively.

• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.

• Prepare and submit regular performance reports.

• Assist in hiring and training new employees.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements, including taking disciplinary action when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with company policies and relevant legal requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
