SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations and staff activities.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work quality.
• Train and guide employees on work procedures and company standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily reports and update management on operational matters.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage and motivate a team.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Relevant industry experience will be an advantage.
