AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate possesses strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with machine learning and Generative AI technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI applications.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems, optimize AI models, integrate AI capabilities into existing products, and drive innovation through emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, data processing workflows, and model deployment frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Integrate AI services with cloud platforms and enterprise systems using APIs and microservices architecture.
• Monitor AI model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3-8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, data science, or AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies including:
• OpenAI
• Azure OpenAI
• Claude
• Gemini
• Open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
