Purchasing Executive (Construction) - Transport Provided

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Purchasing Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Purchasing Executive
• Location: Woodlands - Transport Provided
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process purchase orders from project sites and vendors
• Generate and issue POs, ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory reports and follow up on deliveries to meet project timelines
• Maintain procurement records and vendor databases
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve purchasing or delivery issues
• Perform other administrative and procurement support duties as required

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a construction company
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Globe3 and PDF Professional is an advantage
