We are hiring Financial Planners to advise clients across protection, investment, retirement and legacy planning, supported by structured training and mentoring.

What You Will Do

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to gain an understanding of their financial objectives, risk profile, and life priorities.

• Develop customised financial strategies covering protection, investment, retirement, and legacy planning.

• Recommend appropriate solutions and conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure clients remain on track.

• Establish lasting client relationships through proactive servicing and consistent reviews.

• Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting.

• Collaborate with our marketing and events teams to deliver meaningful client experiences.

• Keep abreast of market developments, products, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all advice complies with MAS regulations and our professional standards.

What You Need

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.

• Experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance or sales is an advantage but not required.

• Must meet the regulatory requirements for appointment as a representative, including the relevant CMFAS examinations. Support and training are provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration

• Monthly earnings of S$5,000 to S$8,000, comprising allowance, commission and incentives. Actual earnings depend on individual performance.

• Quarterly and year-end bonuses.

• Recurring income with uncapped earning potential.
