Quantity Surveyor

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus

Working days: 6 days

Location: Site at MOE School (North or east area)

Key Responsibilities

• Cost & Contract Management: Develop cost estimates, tenders, quotations, and variation orders. Monitor project budgets, evaluate subcontractor submissions, verify work progress for payment claims, and handle final accounts.

• Procurement & Tender Evaluation: Support tender processes by reviewing technical specifications, pricing submissions, and market rates (including star-rate items) to ensure commercial competitiveness.

• Financial Administration & Record Keeping: Track work orders, invoices, and budget utilization. Maintain organized contract documentation and compile supporting records for financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Education & Credentials: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or a related discipline). SISV (Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers) membership is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Quantity Surveying experience.

• Key Competencies: Strong analytical, cost control, and contract administration skills; proficiency in MS Excel and industry-standard QS software.
