Job Summary

A Site Supervisor oversees daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and effective coordination between workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans
• Enforce safety regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets project standards and specifications
• Coordinate communication between workers and management to resolve issues and optimize workflow
• Document site progress and incidents accurately using a clipboard or tablet for reporting purposes
• Inspect work areas wearing appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety helmets and reflective vests
