QA Technician / QA Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare Certificates of Analysis for outgoing products according to approved procedures.
• Perform incoming and outgoing product checks.
• Process and maintain QA, ISO and departmental documentation.
• Record and maintain test data, update Statistical Process Control charts and monitor incoming results.
• Support supplier management, audits and other QA-related activities.

Additional Responsibilities for QA Supervisor

• Review and verify test data, SPC updates and Certificates of Analysis prepared by QA Technicians.
• Provide on-the-job practical training to QA Technicians.
• Coordinate with other departments on daily operational matters.
• Participate in risk assessment and FMEA activities within the QA section.
• Assist the QA Engineer with customer enquiries and complaint investigations.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001standards is an advantage.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment (if necessary)

For QA Technician

• A Diploma in a chemical-related discipline is preferred.
• Fresh graduates from local polytechnics are welcome to apply.

For QA Supervisor

• Diploma in a chemical- or science-related discipline.
• Preferably at least five years of relevant supervisory experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and statistical analysis.
