Key Account Manager (Gas Compressor) - VTAL

Our client is MNC in Machinery Manufacturing. They are looking for a Key Account Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West- easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Key Account Manager:

• Drive sales activities for full range of services, including, Valve Services, Spare Parts & Components, Field Services, Component Repair, Engineering Services, Revamps and Upgrades, Monitoring & Diagnostic Solutions, Compressor Technology Training
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve both company and individual sales objectives.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Manage and develop sales agents by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and driving business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Understand and interpret customer requirements to recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and travel within the assigned territory to support business development activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.
• Deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, application support, and customer training.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure effective support and project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Min 5 years of working experience in industrial sales (refinery/petrochemical/chemical).
• Experience in after-sales service of gas compressor/rotating equipment
