· Report directly to topmanagement, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.

· Oversee the overallimplementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they aredelivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

· Lead and manage a team ofprofessional and technical staff in the planning and execution of dailyoperations.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in CivilEngineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.

· Minimum 5 years ofexperience managing high-rise building projects, with at least two completedproject cycles.

· Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
