CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

· Report to Directors.

· Ensure projects are workwithin timelines and budget.

· To review the equipments/ materials requisitions.

· Manage correspondence& documentation with Clients,Consultants and contractors.

· Day-to-day management ofsite, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the allsubcontractors work.

· With stronginterpersonal, communication & negotiation skills to work with clients,consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

· Maintain and strengthenrelationship and rapport with clients and suppliers.

· Conduct meetings withproject team to identify issues encountered during construction period andensure effective resolution.

· Checking and ensuringall plans and work are as per specifications.

· Resolving any technicaldifficulties and problem that may arise on site.

· Participating andengaging in tender process i.e. design, submission and review

· Any other duties asassigned.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in CivilEngineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognisedby Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.

· Knowledgeable in projectmanagement processes for all stages of project.
