Sales / Key Account Executive (FMCG/ Food Manufacturing)

Our esteemed client in the Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales / Key Account Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Sales / Key Account Executive
• Location: Lentor (Transport provided from designated pickup locations)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Transport & Mobile Allowance + KPI-based Performance Incentives + AWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Oversee the sales cycle, from business development to post-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise business performance and return on investment.
• Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and monitor product visibility and merchandising standards where applicable.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance updates.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• At least Higher Nitec with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within the FMCG or food sector.
• Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term business relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an advantage.
