Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Building Project) (Main Con)General Building exp

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
• Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management appraised of the progress on a regular basis.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project safety and commercial status.
• Coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.
• Make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
• Collating the tendering documents, whether electronically or paper copies, in a presentable manner for client.

Requirements:
• PEB Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry, and 8 years’ experience as project manager/Director for the execution of substantial building projects, with a proven track record of fully completing projects from start to finish.
• Excellent planning, organizational, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control and risk management skills
