Device Engineer

Your role

• To analyse on zero yield wafers or low yield wafers so as to achieve yield improvement
• To resolve any process issues in collaboration with Modules and ensure smooth flow in the line to meet customer delivery.
• To characterize all process windows to achieve process robustness.
• Liaise with division teams from ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG and support technology and product transfer activities with compliance with the defined timelines
• To liaise with Division in weekly conference call for yield/D0 update and yield master plan.
• To conduct MRB meeting with Division about the disposition of SBL lot in weekly basis.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field
• Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics such as MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, and power devices
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing and yield improvement
• Willingness to learn electrical characterization tools and data analysis methods
