📊 TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER – FMCG

📍 Location: one-North, Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $6,000/month
🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Join a dynamic FMCG environment where you will play a key role in driving trade marketing initiatives, promotional planning and commercial performance across retail channels.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain annual & monthly trade marketing calendars and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams, principals and customers to execute trade promotions and campaigns
• Plan promotional mechanics, pricing, timelines and secure optimal in-store visibility/space
• Track campaign and channel sales performance against forecasts
• Support demand and supply planning by aligning promotions, forecasts and stock availability
• Monitor trade spend and budgets and prepare month-end reports
• Conduct post-promotion analysis and ROI evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare demand forecasts, trade calendar presentations and management updates
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and follow up on key action items and deadlines

⭐ What We're Looking For

• Strong FMCG background is essential
• Hands-on experience in trade marketing, promotional planning and trade calendar management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and campaign performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Power BI experience will be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Proactive, collaborative and commercially driven
