Retail Sales Associates | Island-Wide Locations | Up to $2,600 + AWS

💰Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month

📍Work Location: Island-Wide

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers professionally and recommend suitable products and services based on their needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions accurately.
• Process sales transactions and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain excellent store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock and support inventory management activities.
• Contribute towards achieving store sales and customer service objectives.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided.

⏰44 Hours Per Week

🔄Rotating Shift Schedule

• Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2-hour break)
• Opening Shift: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
• Closing Shift: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

✅ Must be open to working Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
