Accounts cum Admin Executive (Full Set/Immediate!!) (YS81)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger.

• Handle supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and customer billing.

• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documentation.

• Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash, and credit control.

• Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.

• Assist with GST submissions, tax filing, and year-end closing.

• Support audit preparation and other accounting activities.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
