Full Stack Engineer (Node.js/ TypeScript)

Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
• Position: Full Stack Engineer
• Location: Northeast (Nearest MRT: Punggol Coast)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $7,600 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, databases and backend services.
• Implement features such as user access control, audit logging, search, dashboards, reporting and scheduling.
• Integrate applications with third-party services andAPIs.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML-powered features such as recommendations and personalisation.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Work with CI/CD, containerisation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Ensure applications meet relevant security, data protection and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of related working experience with strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Minimum a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience independently developing and delivering production-grade applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience with React/ Next.js, APIs, databases and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is advantageous.
