GPU Data Center BD Manager

We are a fast growing AI technology company expanding our global GPU computing infrastructure. We are planning to build our own GPU data centers overseas to provide critical infrastructure for large-scale training, inference, and our future AI computing business.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate overseas Tier III/Tier IV data centre colocation resources, particularly facilities suitable for high-power GPU servers. Assess power capacity, PUE, electricity, bandwidth and other key specifications.
- Engage with data centre owners and operators, conduct on-site due diligence, and assess power redundancy, network infrastructure and O&M capabilities. Prepare due diligence reports and shortlist suitable facilities.
- Conduct vendor comparisons and commercial negotiations covering colocation fees, electricity, bandwidth, deposits, expansion, deployment schedules and contractual terms.
- Research overseas IDC market trends, pricing and regulatory requirements. Lead negotiations for LOIs, colocation agreements and related contracts, and coordinate deployment schedules.
- Maintain supplier relationships, identify delivery and expansion risks, and work with technical teams to align commercial requirements, costs and technical feasibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Telecommunications, Business, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- IDC, telecom operator, cloud service provider, data centre BD/procurement experience preferred. Experience in overseas AI/GPU computing infrastructure is a strong advantage.
- Strong B2B BD professionals may be considered without direct IDC experience.
- Understanding of key data centre/GPU infrastructure metrics preferred.
- Willing to undertake frequent international travel and quickly adapt to different countries' IDC markets, tax and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network and relationships with overseas data centre operators, colocation providers, telecom operators or cloud service providers.
- Experience supporting GPU/AI computing infrastructure deployment.
- Proven ability to source, evaluate and negotiate international data centre capacity.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance cost, technical requirements, delivery timelines and compliance considerations.
