Sales Coordinator (Electronics Manufacturing)

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery fulfilment.
• Prepare sales and purchase orders, invoices, debit/credit notes, and shipping documentation for local and overseas deliveries.
• Support quotation activities for new enquiries and maintain accurate sales, purchase order, and inventory records.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability while resolving coordination issues promptly.
• Assist with sales administration and other operational support duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of sales coordination or order processing experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
