Salary: up to $6.5k
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Permanent
Job Scope:
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities systems
- Manage facilities projects, contractors, vendors, and CAPEX activities
- Troubleshoot facilities equipment and minimise production downtime
- Support validation, continuous improvement, and compliance activities
- Coach and guide technicians while maintaining facilities assets and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 7 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Clean Room, RO Water, Steam Boiler, and Compressed Air Systems
- Familiar with GxP, GMP, EHS, and Good Documentation Practices
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and contractor management
- Able to read engineering drawings and work independently
