Group Finance Manager (Regional) - VTAL

Our client is a Precision engineering and semiconductor manufacturing industries . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Group Finance Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Group’s monthly financial closing and ensure timely and accurate management and statutory reporting.
• Oversee Group consolidation and ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS and Group accounting policies.
• Review complex accounting matters, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure strong financial controls and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and statutory audit processes.
• Maintain a robust internal control framework and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain finance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Monitor financial risks and support enterprise risk management initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Monitor banking facilities, loan repayments, foreign exchange exposure, and covenant compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in Group consolidation and financial reporting.
