Quantity Surveyor/ Executive Quantity Surveyor

Duties & Responsibilities

· Contracts administration inclusive of pre-contract and post-contract administration.

· Taking-off quantities for tendering and projects.

· Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations.

· Responsible for pre-tender estimate and preparation of tender documents.

· Conducting tender exercises for sub-contracting including evaluation and award of contract.

· Liaison with Project team, purchasing team and other department as required.

· Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget, quantity monitoring and cost control and settlement of final account for main contract and sub-contract.

· Co-ordination and render support to the project team.

· Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum Second Upper Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying. Degrees in other relevant disciplines may be considered

· Minimum 5 years of related working experience

· Well versed in interpretation of drawings

· Meticulous in work with analytical skill in problem-solving

· A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines

· Possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
