Accounts Executive

☑ Salary $3000 - $4000

☑ Working Day: 8.30AM - 5.30PM / Monday - Friday

☑ Work Location: Matter

☑ Familiar with MYOB system

Responsibilities:

• Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple companies.

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.

• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and monitor cash positions.

• Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses.

• Assist with year-end audits and tax computations.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, vendors, contractors, and customers.

• Prepare financing and banking documents.

• Ensure timely completion of accounting, reporting, and statutory requirements.

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related discipline

• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in handling Full set of accounts or in a similar role preferred

• Familiar with MYOB system
