About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Supervisor to join the team of an established French luxury Maison renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Associate from a luxury retail background who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role while remaining actively involved in client engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique sales performance.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and build strong, long-term relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
• Represent as a strong brand ambassador, demonstrating excellent knowledge of its products, craftsmanship, heritage, and values.
• Support the Boutique Manager in daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and support Sales Associates, leading by example in client service and selling standards.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of boutique presentation and visual merchandising in line with the Maison’s luxury image.
• Support inventory and stock management activities to ensure smooth boutique operations.
• Handle client enquiries and service matters professionally while maintaining a high level of discretion and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably in fashion, leather goods, jewellery, watches, or other high-end products.
• Senior Sales Associates looking to step up into a Store Supervisor role are highly preferred.
• Strong individual sales track record with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Passionate about luxury clienteling and building long-term relationships with discerning customers.
• Strong product presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, polished, and confident with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury service standards.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
