Process Engineer (Entry Level) - VTTO

Our client is a well-established manufacturer specializing in electrical power distribution and industrial solutions. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Process Engineer (Entry Level) to support manufacturing excellence and operational improvements. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, standardize, and maintain manufacturing processes and production procedures across regional operations.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the deployment of standardized production processes across local and overseas manufacturing facilities.
• Manage and optimize production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Conduct process audits, ensure compliance with operational standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations and other process-related projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement and production system optimization.
• Experience supporting process standardization, implementation, or automation projects.
• Able to travel overseas when required.
