Technician/Engineering Assistant (Mechanical Technology/Semiconductor, East Region)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor mechanical process performance and identify process deviations.
• Evaluate tool capability and assign suitable tools based on product requirements.
• Tune and optimize equipment to maintain mechanical process capability.
• Perform post-process disposition, including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC evaluations.
• Initiate containment and corrective actions for process abnormalities.
• Support operations with setup verification and process compliance.
• Ensure stable high-volume production while meeting customer specifications.
• Assist process engineers with production data collection and testing.
• Provide production support and decision-making during critical manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Science.
• No experience or Entry level will be considered.
