About this job
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
- Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture and other channels.
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments and career discussions.
- Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding with clients and candidates.
- Develop expertise across different sectors.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong interest in people and business development.
