Crewing Executive (FPSO Vessel)

• Coordinate crew onboarding, including interviews, medical checks, travel, lodging, PPE, and documentation for multinational crews.
• Arrange, verify, and maintain seafarers' licenses, permits, certificates, and documentation, ensuring compliance.
• Manage Seafarer Certificate of Endorsement/Certificate of Receipt of Application and Tanker Endorsement applications, working with relevant authorities and agencies.
• Oversee crewing and training records, invoices, and employment contracts, while briefing crews on company policies and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in handling international crew operations on FPSO vessels.
• Knowledge of seafarer certifications, licenses, and documentation processes.
