HOTEL RECEPTIONIST

Benefits:

• Basic salary up to $3200

• 12-hour shifts (7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am), 25 working days per month, rotating shift
  

Responsibilities:

• Executes all duties related to the Hotel’s front office operations, including registration of guests during check-in, checking/verifying guests particulars, updating of room status, departure calls/checks, etc.

• Cashiering duties (compute and collect applicable rates from guest(s) including trial balance and shift closing.

• Answering inquiries by guests (email/phone/over the counter) and render reasonable assistance/services in line with excellent hospitality standards.

• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of the hotel’s effort to offer staff more holistic training for potential promotion.

• Execute all reasonable work processes as instructed by The Customer from time to time towards the smooth management and operations of the hotel.
