Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Sales Executive

Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9Am to 6Pm

Start Date: Immediate

Key responsibility:

• Prospecting & lead generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up — this is the core of the role, not a side task.
• Full-cycle selling: Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first outreach through to closing, tailoring the pitch to each prospect's context.
• Target achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling.
• Handover coordination: Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and the training centre to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.
• Payment follow-up: Follow up on payment collection for accounts under your ownership where required, working alongside the assigned Coordinator.
• CRM & admin hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM at all times.
• Account farming: Build long-term client relationships to drive renewal, upsell, and referral business from your own account base.
• Product knowledge: Stay current on the full product range — WSH, ISO, bizSAFE, training courses, audits to advise clients accurately and credibly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development (Plus point if you have experience in: Trainings, ISO, bizSAFE, auditing and outsourcing services)

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated and target-driven

Able to work in a fast-paced environment is a must

9Am to 6 Pm (Mon to Fri)- 5 days work.

Work Location: Near Rochor MRT.
