Logistics Specialist (6-Month Contract) | Up to $4,500/month

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Logistic Specialist for the next phase of their business. They are located in West, company transport provided

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Duties:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare merge lists for consolidated and courier shipments.
• Monitor the movement of goods and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and courier service providers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
