Corporate Planning & Legal Executive (FMCG)

Our client is a global industry leader in baby care products with top market share in Singapore & ASEAN region. They are located in the Central Region - Easily Accessible.

The Corporate Planning & Legal Executive will be responsible for:

• Preparing, review, and maintain contracts, policies, SOPs, guidelines, and other legal and corporate documentation.
• Identifying documentation and process gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing reports, data analysis, and presentation materials for Management and corporate planning activities.
• Coordinating policy implementation, risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives across departments.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, Japan HQ, external auditors, and legal counsel on corporate, legal, and compliance matters.
• Supporting strategic projects, regulatory monitoring, and other corporate planning or ad hoc initiatives assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG or related industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, document control, ISO, J-SOX, or compliance processes will be an advantage.
