Accounts Exec Full set.

Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: Up to $4400 + AWS + VB
• Location: Boon Lay area
• 5.5 days alternate sat, 8am – 5pm OR 5 days 8.30am – 5.30pm

Your Responsibilities: -

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Coordinate daily finance and accounting matters with internal departments, including Production, Sales, Procurement etc.
• Plan and monitor cash flow to support daily business operations.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and support inventory costing and analysis.
• Review and resolve accounting queries, and provide guidance to AP & AR team members.
• Review and approve payments, monitor bank transactions, and ensure proper cash management.
• Handle payroll processing and in charge of HR-related matters.
• Ensure accounting systems, processes, and internal controls are properly maintained and comply with company policies.
• Assist with audit requirements and respond to auditor queries.
• Liaise with external parties including banks, auditors, and company secretary on finance-related matters.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial schedules.

You will need: -

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/FMCG/F&B industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
