Senior HR & Accounts Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR & Accounts Executive to support both Human Resources and Finance functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a broad operational scope and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and orientation for new hires.
- Administer work pass and employment pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies, benefits, insurance matters, and staff welfare.
- Prepare and submit statutory surveys and government-related reports, including labour market surveys.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Administer employee insurance policies and claims, and liaise with insurers when required.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner using the payroll system.
- Prepare IR8A forms and ensure timely submission to IRAS.
- Manage employment contracts for outsourced staff.
- Submit government-paid leave claims, including maternity and childcare leave claims.
- Administer the Infotech leave management system and ensure timely submission of leave applications by employees and outsourced staff.
- Coordinate staff training programmes and administer training grants and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Support the review, enhancement, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of relevant HR and accounting experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Accounting.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, payroll administration, and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR/payroll systems will be an advantage.
