Service Engineer (HVAC & Chiller, Class 3)

• Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of chiller and HVAC systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues at customer sites in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and subcontractors during service and installation works.
• Ensure service reports, maintenance records, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver quality service and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in servicing or maintaining chiller, HVAC, ACMV, or air-conditioning systems.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
