Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing production machineries, equipment, systems, and infrastructures.
• Responsible to ensure machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Minimize machine downtime.
• In charge of performing Preventive and Predictive TPM as well as to monitor and control maintenance costs.
• Taking charge of dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs of machines breakdown
• Responsible in using Root cause analysis tool to analyze the cause of the breakdown.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Requirement:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing industry
