Service Project Engineer (BMS / M&E – Training Provided)

• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenanceactivities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manpower formaintenance and servicing works.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor workprogress at customer sites.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers andfacility-management teams.
• Support routine system checks, troubleshooting and system improvement works.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Prepare service reports and maintain servicing records.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.
• Attend site meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, BuildingServices Engineering or a related discipline.
• Candidates without relevant working experienceare welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, coordination andnegotiation skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to workindependently.
• Comfortable working at active construction and maintenance sites, which may be dusty.
• Basic knowledge of BMS, PLC or HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.
